Increased Upload Limit for Learning Content

You can now upload files up to 2 GB for these content types using the My Client Groups > Learning and Development > Self-Paced Learning task or the /learningSelfPacedItems API bulk loading interface.

• Videos (MP4)
• Online content (SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC (ZIP))
• Presentations (PPTX, PPSX)

PDF files still have a maximum file size of 1 GB for both upload methods.

Self-Paced Learning with a Content ZIP File That's 1.53 GB

This enhancement streamlines content management, reduces the need for file compression or splitting, and ensures high-quality learning materials are easily accessible.

Steps to Enable

You need to enable self-paced learning to use this feature.

Tips And Considerations

If your content exceeds the 2 GB limit and you need a higher limit, log a service request (SR) for evaluation and approval.
