Enhancements to Timed Assessments

When a timed assessment begins, the assessment player notifies the learner that the timer will keep running even if they exit the player. The countdown continues until the learner submits their responses, regardless of whether they go to enrollment details or close the browser tab or window.

If the learner leaves the assessment and returns after the time limit has expired, the activity is automatically marked as Not passed because they didn't meet the passing criteria in the allotted time.

This enhancement prevents situations where learners could pause the timer to gain extra thinking time, leading to unfair advantages.
