Redwood Experience: Defaulting Primary Location Based on Hiring Manager’s Assignment

Defaulting rules have been added to default the primary location in the job requisition’s Requisition structure section when a user is creating the job requisition based on the work location of the hiring manager's assignment.

This feature will help users create job requisitions faster with the correct primary location. It will also avoid coordination between the hiring manager and the recruiting user for finding the correct primary location. 

Steps to Enable

To use the Redwood job requisition creation flow, you need to enable these profile options:

• ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED
• ORA_IRC_REQUISITION_REDWOOD_ENABLED
• ORA_IRC_CREATE_REQUISITION_ REDWOOD_ENABLED
