Redwood Experience: Descriptive Flexfields in Requisition Section of Position Flows
Descriptive flexfields (DFF) are available in the Requisition section of the following Redwood position flows:
- Request a New Position
- Request a Position Change
- Request a Duplicate Position
- Positions (Create action, Edit action, Duplicate action)
This enhancement allows users to fill all the requisition fields when requesting a new position or making changes to a position. Users don't need to visit Create job requisition page to populate descriptive flexfields.
Steps to Enable
You need to enable Redwood pages for these Position flows:
- Request a New Position
- Request a Position Change
- Request a Duplicate Position
- Positions (Create action, Edit action, Duplicate action)
You can set descriptive flexfields to be visible or required in the Redwood position flows using Visual Builder Studio. For details, see How do I display the descriptive flexfields on the Redwood workforce structures pages?
For details on enabling and customizing Redwood for HCM, see How do I adopt Redwood for HCM? and Extending Redwood Applications for HCM and SCM Using Visual Builder Studio.
