If your administrator has configured auditing of Goal Management objects and if you have the privileges required to view the audit report, you can view the changes done to most Goal Management business objects. For more information, see How do I view audit reports of Goal Management?. Note that fields such as descriptive flexfields and CLOB (character large object) fields aren’t audited.

You can see this information in the audit report for various goal actions:

  • Create: Name of the created object, User who created the object, date and time the object was created
  • Update: Both old and updated values of the object, User who updated the object, date and time the object was updated
  • Delete: The last value that the object attributes contained, User who deleted the object

Set up auditing policies for Goal Management to identify the changes done by the employees of your organization to their goals. View the audit report and ensure that employees are progressing on their goals.
