Generative AI Assist Input Validation for Goal Creation

From this release, if you don’t provide an appropriate or ethical goal name when using AI assistance to generate a goal, you’ll see an error message to try with another goal name.

This feature ensures that employees use appropriate goal names when trying to generate goals.

Steps to Enable

To enable Redwood Goals Center, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

NOTE: The Performance Document, Check-in, and Goals Center features are closely connected. So, the Redwood version of these pages can all be enabled or disabled only using the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. These features can't be enabled individually.

To allow employees to use AI assistance for generating goals, administrators need to edit the New Goal page in Visual Builder Studio and set the Show AI Assist Button on New Goal Page property to true.
