Duplicate Staffing Plan

When you're setting up departments with similar staffing needs—like matching staffing ratios, job roles, daily requirements, and specific job qualifications—you can duplicate existing staffing plans. The duplicated plan has a Draft status, giving you the opportunity to review the plan and activate it when appropriate. The duplication process preserves all staffing grid information--including configurations, calculations, and manual entries--by skipping the initial grid calculations. This approach ensures that all elements from the source plan are retained so you don't need to make  manual adjustments, maintaining the integrity of your staffing data.

This enhancement ensures consistency across your staffing strategies while significantly reducing manual setup time, letting you respond swiftly to changing workforce needs. Also, duplicating plans across different departments and locations facilitates scalability and adaptability, supporting organizational growth and agility.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

You can't duplicate staffing plans with an Error status.
