Duplicate Staffing Grid
Now you can duplicate a staffing grid in a staffing plan to apply to days not already selected in other grids. And you can optionally change the average daily volume.
- If the source grid hasn't been prepared, only the configuration settings are duplicated.
- If the source grid was prepared, all settings, overrides, and manual changes are retained in the duplicated grid. No initial calculations are done during duplication, so the new grid preserves the source grid configuration and values until the you update them. This allows for efficient and consistent staffing grid management with minimal manual effort.
This enhancement improves efficiency and accuracy in workforce planning by reducing manual data entry and lettings managers focus on higher-value planning activities.

Workforce scheduling administrators who manage staffing plans need these privileges to manage and view plans and plan data:
