Enhancements for Workforce Schedules

Now, when you open a department schedule from the Workforce Schedules page and assign open shifts, the process is much smoother. The worker selection list automatically hides anyone who already has a shift that overlaps—partly or fully—with the open shift. This includes any type of shift, whether it’s regular or on-call, and no matter which system or assignment type it came from. This way, only workers who are truly available show up as choices.

You can also now see submitted absence bids on the workforce schedule page. And when you assign an open shift, you get a warning if the shift overlaps an absence bid.

With these enhancements, you can assign shifts quickly and know your team’s schedule stays conflict-free.
