Career Development Nudges Available in Goals Module

The below nudges that were previously part of the Career Development module have now been moved to the Goal module. This change ensures that all goal-related nudges are centrally managed under the Goal module for better alignment, visibility, and user experience.

  • Employee hasn't updated career development goals for a period of time

  • Employee doesn't have active goals in their development plan

Access Requirements

You must grant administrators the Nudge Configuration (ORA_PER_NUDGE_CONFIGURATION_DUTY) duty role to configure nudges.
