Enhanced Control with Page Properties for Guided Journeys in Redwood Document Records Pages

In continuation of the release 25D feature Enhanced Control with Page Properties in Redwood Document Records Pages, you can now use the Configure Page Properties feature to define how guided journeys are conditionally displayed based on these additional variables:

  • Document Type

  • Category

  • Subcategory

  • Tags

This allows you to tailor the user experience by showing relevant guided journeys for specific document creation scenarios.

For example, if you want to display a guided journey when a user creates a document record of type Passport, but not when creating a record of type Birth, you can achieve this by configuring the appropriate page property.

Using the page properties editor, you can now display guided journeys based on various criteria.

Steps to Enable and Configure
