View enhanced career role suggestions based on generative AI for your career growth. These suggestions are based on your current job details and are displayed in the Career role recommendations for you swim lane on the Grow Your Career tab.

Career Role Recommendations for You Swim Lane

Select a career role card to view more details about it. You can add a recommended career role to your favorites. Favorite career roles are listed in the Careers of interest section in Grow. 

As an administrator, to generate these career role recommendations, create a new recommendation profile using the Recommendation Profiles task.

• From the Profile Type list, select Identify objectives automatically. 
• Select the Career role recommendations checkbox.

New Recommendation Profile for GenAI-Based Career Roles

These recommendations also displayed in these areas in Opportunity marketplace when career roles are enabled: 

• Career Roles filter 
• Recommendations filter

A few points to note: 

• The career role recommendations are based on the GenAI summaries generated from the employee's talent profile and matching job profiles in HCM. 
• Recommendations are generated only for jobs that have an associated job profile. 
• If a career role was previously added by the employee as a favorite career, that career role won’t appear as a recommendation. 
• Only career roles in active status will be recommended.
