Redwood Experience: Translate Interview Schedule

You can translate the content of interview schedules using the Translate Schedule action that has been recreated in the Redwood toolset called Visual Builder Studio.

When you select the Translate Schedule action for an interview schedule, a drawer panel opens. From this panel, you can view items to be translated: schedule details, interview title.

When you click the Edit icon for one of the items, the Translation Editor page. From that page, you can select one or more languages for which you want to add translated content. Click Edit to add the translated content for the selected language. These fields can be translated:

  • Schedule Title
  • Before Scheduling the Interview (only for candidate managed schedules)
  • For the Scheduled Interview
  • Interview Guidelines
  • Interview Notes
  • Interview Title

Steps to Enable and Configure

To use the Redwood Translate Schedule action, you need to enable these profile options for the Redwood experience:

  • ORA_IRC_INTERVIEW_REDWOOD_ENABLED
  • ORA_IRC_JOB_APPLICATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED
  • ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED
