Redwood Experience: Add Interaction Action in Job Applications List

You can use the Add Interaction action to enter notes for one or more candidate applications. On the Add interaction page, you select the type of interaction and enter the date and notes.

When you use the Add Interaction action on 11 candidate applications or more, the action is processed asynchronously (bulk process).

Steps to Enable and Configure

To use the Add Interaction action in Redwood pages, you need to enable these profile options :

• ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_REDWOOD_ENABLED
• ORA_IRC_REQUISITION_REDWOOD_ENABLED
• ORA_IRC_JOB_APPLICATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED
• ORA_IRC_CANDIDATE_REDWOOD_ENABLED
