Skill Rating and Comments in All-in-One Evaluation

  • See discussion notes about a competency or dynamic skill in a check-in, along with other contextual feedback, displayed in the employees performance documents.

  • View competencies and rate them in a list in the drawer as well as in the data grid.
  • Edit section summary ratings in the drawer as well as in the data grid.

Managers require the duty role Mass Evaluate Performance Documents by Manager (ORA_HRA_MASS_EVALUATE_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_BY_MANAGER) to access All-in-One Evaluations.
