If your administrator has enabled it, you can now view the source of your performance or development goal. The source can be 1 of these values:

  • HR specialist: For goals assigned by HR specialists
  • Worker: For goals added by the employee
  • Manager: For goals assigned by the manager
  • HR and Manager: For goals assigned by the manager who’s also the HR specialist

Steps to Enable and Configure

To enable Redwood Goals Center, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

NOTE: The Performance Document, Check-in, and Goals Center features are closely connected. So, the Redwood version of these pages can all be enabled or disabled only using the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. These features can't be enabled individually.

To make the Source field visible for a performance goal or a development goal, you need to edit the goal details page in Visual Builder Studio, create a business rule, expand the Goal Details region, and set the Source field to Visible.
