New Return Variable for the Entitlement Formula

The Global Absence Band Entitlement fast formula can be used to define the bands of entitlement duration and percentage of payment that are applicable to a qualification plan entitlement.  The fast formula can now return a band name to uniquely identify the entitlements.  Absence administrators can view entitlements on the Plans tab of the Absences and Entitlements page. 

The Entitlement Formula can now return a band name for each entitlement band.

Steps to enable and configure
