Change history turned off for creation record

Previously, when a record was created, the Absence Categories and Absence Reasons Redwood setup pages displayed the change details listing every field that was populated. With this enhancement, the Change Details option will appear only when viewing updated records and not when they are newly created

You now see the change details only when a record is updated, and not when it's created.

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
