Prepare for Discontinuation of Support for OPA Integration in Journeys from Update 26D

Support for Oracle Process Automation (OPA) integration in journeys will be discontinued in Update 26D. You can’t provision new instances of OPA for journeys after October 9, 2025.

Proactively evaluating and adopting alternate solutions ensures uninterrupted service and minimizes operational risk.

Steps to enable and configure

You must evaluate alternate solutions using existing HCM Journeys features, such as the External URL task type or other non-Journey solutions to avoid any service interruption.
