Support for Eligibility Profiles in Nudge Configuration

You can now configure eligibility profiles as a criteria for nudge plans. This is to ensure that only users who meet the eligibility criteria are considered for the nudge plan.

For example, an organization wants to send nudges only to:

• Employees in specific business units

• Employees in a specific location

• Employees with an active assignment

By attaching an Eligibility Profile configured with the above criteria to the Nudge Plan, the system evaluates these criteria and includes only the relevant population. Employees who don’t meet the criteria are automatically excluded. This ensures nudges are targeted, relevant, and aligned with organization policies.

NOTE: Adding criteria is mandatory to activate a Nudge Plan and ensure optimal system performance. The Criteria section can't be left blank or made optional.

Access requirements

You must grant administrators the Nudge Configuration (ORA_PER_NUDGE_CONFIGURATION_DUTY) duty role to configure nudges.
