Nudge to Review and Assign Journeys

You can now send targeted nudges to specific users, reminding them to review and assign journeys. These nudges can be tailored to specific users based on criteria, ensuring reminders are delivered only to those responsible for taking action. 

For example, HR creates a Personal Development Plan journey. Employees are responsible for reviewing and assigning this journey to themselves.

Promotes ownership and accountability, enabling employees to take initiative in areas such as development, benefits, or compliance activities.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

For this nudge, the recipient type available is only employees.

Access requirements

You must grant administrators the Nudge Configuration (ORA_PER_NUDGE_CONFIGURATION_DUTY) duty role to configure nudges.
