Update Checkin Page is Displayed From Talent View in Team Activity Center

In the 'Talent' view on Team Activity Center,

• If there is a checkin with a last checkin date, the last check-in date opens the Checkin Update page. 
• If there is no checkin, the Create Checkin page is available so a new checkin can be created.

Create Checkin page is displayed
