HCM Professional Concierge
The HCM Professional Concierge is an AI-powered agent for HR professionals that provides a single point of entry for workforce management questions and actions.
The Concierge acts as a central resource for day-to-day HR support. HR professionals can use the assistant to retrieve worker and team information, review compensation and absence details, understand workforce structures, launch supported reports, and get guidance on HR policies. By providing on-demand information and routing requests to the right specialist agent, the Concierge helps you respond faster while working within role-based access rules.
The HCM Professional Concierge includes the following individual agents:
- Team Data Hub - Retrieves employment, compensation, and talent data for multiple team members or an entire team in a manager's hierarchy.
- Leave and Absence Analyst - Retrieves worker absences, leave balances, donated time, cash disbursements, and supported leave-related actions.
- Workforce Structures Analyst - Answers questions about business units, departments, locations, jobs, positions, grades, worker unions, and HCM sets.
- Personal Information Assistant - Retrieves and helps update personal information such as names, addresses, emails, phones, citizenship, passports, visas, family contacts, and emergency contacts when the user’s role permits it.
- Employment Advisor - Retrieves personal and employment information for workers and supports updates to employment records.
- Compensation Advisor - Answers questions about salary, salary history, stock grants, additional compensation, recurring payments, one-time payments, and compensation policies.
- Reports Agent - Launches supported OTBI reports.
- Talent Advisor - Retrieves talent and performance information such as evaluations, goals, check-ins, feedback, recognitions, and review periods.
- Policy Agent - Supports HR policy and FAQ queries.

Steps to enable and configure

- Set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration (ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED) profile option to Yes and enable permission groups for the appropriate roles. See Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio.
