Redwood Experience: New Sections When Merging Candidates After Job Offer
When you perform a duplicate check after a candidate accepted a job offer and you merge the candidate with the duplicate candidate (ex-employee), these new sections are available:
- Additional assignment info
- Weekly working hours
- Work relationship info
You don’t have to visit these new sections during the recreate job offer flow for the info to be copied from the job offer to the pending worker record. When you visit the Assignment info section and select Submit, the info from all the sections (including the 3 new sections) is copied. Info in these new sections will flow seamlessly to the employee assignment and person record once the job application is moved to HR.
Business benefit: With this enhancement, you’re not required to visit all sections, which will save you time when merging and recreating a job offer. Also, you don’t have to manually enter info in the offer sections if you missed revisiting these sections and data wasn’t copied during the job offer creation flow.
