Changes to Skill Suggestions in Job Requisitions

The AI service used for skill suggestions is migrating from the Hybrid to the Spectra logic. Hybrid will no longer be available after release 26B.

If you didn’t enable the Redwood experience for the job requisition creation flow and job requisition details page, you won’t see any suggestions in the Suggested Skills field while adding skills to a job requisition.
