Redwood Experience: Workers and Workforce Structure LOV in Oracle Search
You can use the Workers and Workforce structure REST-based list of values (LOV) that now supports enhanced search configurability.
Search configuration for Workers (Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Collaborator), Positions, Departments, Jobs, and Locations are supported in these Redwood pages:
- Requisition creation flow
- Requisition details page
- Requisition template creation flow
- Requisition template details page
- Offer creation flow and edit flow

Steps to enable and configure
Step 1: Enable Oracle Search profile options for each LOV. For details, see How do I enable a profile option?

Step 3: Run the scheduled process called ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS and enter the required index value. For details, see Set Up Oracle Search for List of Values
