Tips and considerations
- The succession plan that’s created is based on the display sequence of the plan types specified in the HRM_SUCC_PLAN_TYPE lookup. If the Job plan type is configured as the first plan type, then if you don’t specify any plan type, a Job type succession plan is created by default.
- When you query the agent about the history of changes of a succession plan, the agent will by default list the changes made in the last month if you don’t specify a period.
