Time Analyst

The Time Analyst is an AI-Powered agent that analyzes the reported time for the worker and compares it with previous time cards to provide analysis and insights. This can provide suggestions for submission or approval of a time card based on the persona of the user accessing it.

It compares the current time card with prior time cards to provide a summary of the entries, identifying any perceived deviations for the user to review and correct before submission or approval.

Built on Oracle’s AI Agent framework and powered by large language models (LLMs), the advisor understands natural language queries and responds with accurate, secure information based on user's data access and role privileges.

Time Analyst Can

  • Review the current and previous 3 time cards reported hours and provide insights and analysis.
  • Answer questions or recommend actions for users based on the analysis.
  • Context aware - Both workers and managers can use this agent, with the responses / analysis fine tuned to the specific user persona. When a worker interacts with the agent, the agent provides responses that are appropriate for a worker to assist in his / her review prior to submission. When managers interact with the agent, the same agent provides analysis and recommendations that helps with their approval decisions.

Examples of Employee Questions the Agent Can Answer:

  • “Analyze my time card”
  • “Analyze the overtime hours and compare with the past time cards.”
  • “Can I submit this time card ?"
  • “Can I approve this time card ?"
