  1. Customers wanting to utilize the Time Assistant agent in 26B, please contact support for the CWB details.
  2. Set the Enable Security Console External Application Integration (ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED) profile option to Yes and enable permission groups for the appropriate roles. See Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio.
  3. Deploy the AI agent team using the delivered template
  4. Create a guided journey with the AI agent as a task
  5. Add the AI agent to Redwood pages using the guided journey from step 2.

We suggest you add the agent to the time cards for utilizing the agent capabilities.

Cohort A customers can receive the SAS roles via CWB 20260501 for runnable agents. Others will receive this as part of their regular 26B upgrade.

Tips and considerations

Built on Oracle’s AI Agent framework and powered by large language models (LLMs), the advisor understands natural language queries and responds with accurate, secure information based on schedule manager data access and role privileges. It also provides deep links to go directly to the Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Apps pages.

Use this agent to upload time sheet for one worker at a time.

This assistant is:

  • Preconfigured: It's ready to deploy immediately, requiring no other setup or configuration.
  • Secure: It strictly follows your configured data access and role privileges and remains in sync with the reporting hierarchy
  • Context-aware: It understands the logged in user context and the page from which it is accessed.
  • Conversational: It responds to requests in natural language, making it easy and more intuitive to find information
