You can now leverage the Oracle Alert Notification functionality to deliver configurable, event-driven, and organization-level notifications through both worklist and email channels.
Administrators can enable and manage seeded alert templates based on organizational requirements, helping improve employee awareness, increase timely submissions, and reduce manual follow-up activities during the tax declaration and proof verification process.
Using this functionality, organizations can notify employees automatically when important payroll-related events occur, such as:
- Availability of Investment Declaration timeline
- Availability of Investment Proof Submission timeline
- Periodic reminders for pending proof submission
- Acknowledgement for investment declaration
- Acknowledgement for final proof submission
- Resubmission required notification after verification
- View Summary Report notification after proof verification and approval completion
