Redwood: Support Showing Model Profile Descriptions on Career Role and Know your Role Page

Displays job or position profile descriptions on the Career Role (Me >Opportunity Marketplace) and Know Your Role (Me >Grow) pages in Oracle Grow. This functionality is delivered hidden by default. The profile description will be hidden and can be enabled by administrators in VB Express, ensuring no disruption to customers who may have customized these pages.
