Redwood Experience for Workforce Compensation Plan Setup

Compensation administrators can opt in to the Redwood experience for all Workforce Compensation plan setup tasks. Classic pages remain available, and existing navigation is largely unchanged.

Use Redwood Experience for Workforce Compensation Plan Setup to:

  • Configure plan foundation settings, including plan details, eligibility, cycles, hierarchies, currency, access, information, and feedback surveys.
  • Configure budget pools and budget display settings from one consolidated budget configuration link.
  • Configure worksheets, including compensation components, performance ratings, approvals and notifications, compensation change statements, worksheet display, alerts, individual worker display, and assignment segments.
  • Configure models, reports, report dimensions and modeling criteria, and filters.
  • Validate plans and start compensation cycles.

Steps to enable and configure

You need to enable all of these profile options to enable the Redwood page.

To revert to the non-Redwood page, set the site-level profile value to No for this profile option.

To configure a profile option, complete these steps in the Setup and Maintenance work area:

  1. Search for and click the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.

  2. Search for and select the profile option.

  3. Set the Level to Site.

  4. In the Profile Value field, select a value.
