Redwood Mass Download of Document Records Supports Inactive Workers in Filtered Person List
The Redwood Mass Download of Document Records page has been enhanced to include inactive workers when users select persons through the Manage List of Persons hyperlink. This capability is available by default.

Note: To continue excluding inactive workers, explicitly configure the condition for the attribute Assignment status type when defining the list of persons to include only workers with an Active or Suspended status.
You can now include inactive workers in your mass download requests, making it easier to retrieve document records for workers who are no longer active without requiring additional manual processes.
Steps to enable and configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
