Separate Line Manager Access to Work Patterns
Separate access to work patterns from the My Team and My Client Groups quick actions. Work pattern access from My Team > Work Patterns is now secured by line-manager-specific aggregate privileges, while access from My Client Groups > Work Patterns remains secured by the existing Manage Work Patterns and View Work Patterns aggregate privileges.
With this enhancement, administrators can give line managers the access they need for their teams without also granting access intended for users who manage work patterns from My Client Groups.
- Grant line managers view-only or manage access to work patterns for their subordinates.
- Limit line manager work pattern access to subordinates in their person and assignment security profile.
- Keep My Client Groups > Work Patterns secured by the existing Manage Work Patterns and View Work Patterns aggregate privileges.
This enhancement gives administrators more precise control over work pattern security. It helps organizations align line manager access with team responsibilities while keeping broader HR or scheduling access separate.

Access requirements
The seeded Line Manager role includes these new aggregate privileges. If you use custom line manager roles, add the applicable privilege to each custom role.
