Configure the Display of Filters on Candidate Lists
Recruiting administrators use Search Views to configure the filters, default chips, and sorting for candidate list searches. Separate Search Views are available for Candidate Search, Candidate Pool Member Search, Event Audience Search, and Prospect Search, so each configuration is scoped to the selected context.
Recruiting administrators can:
- Enable or disable filters and control which filters are available in the filter drawer and which filters appear as default chips below the search box.
- Enable sort options and select the default sort for the associated search.
Business benefit: Enables recruiters to tailor searches to specific workflows helping to find relevant talent faster while improving productivity, consistency, and ease of use.
Steps to enable and configure

Go to My Client Groups > [Quick Actions] Show More > [Data Exchange] > Search Views.

Open Candidate Search, Candidate Pool Member Search, Event Audience Search, or Prospect Search.

Configure filters.
a. Use Enabled in the Filters tab to control whether a filter is available in the filter drawer.
b. Select Show in the Filters tab for filters that should appear as default chips below the search box.
c. Save the changes. -
Configure sorting.
a. Select the sort options in the Sort tab to make available.
b. Select the default sort.
c. Save the changes.
Tips and considerations
- Use Natural Language Search with fixed Resume, Email and Phone chips; Resume remains in the filter panel.
- When you hide all filters in a Filter Group the Filter Group title will hide from view.
- There isn't a maximum number of filter chips you can select to show so use good judgement to not overload the page.
