Configure the Candidate Search Page to Default to Keyword Search
Recruiting administrators can configure candidate list pages to open in Keyword Search rather than Natural Language Search. The setting applies consistently across candidate search, pool members, prospects, and event audience.
Business benefit: Faster access to the desired search capabilities as customers can choose either Keyword Search or Natural Language Search as the default view on candidate lists.
Steps to enable and configure
Prerequisites
- Enable Natural Language Search for candidate lists.
To configure candidate list pages to open in Keyword Search:
- In Visual Builder Studio, go to Candidate Search > Configure Page properties > [Properties] > Common Properties > Use Keyword Search as Default.
- Select true.
Tips and considerations
- Retains the ability for users to switch to Natural Language Search when it’s enabled.
- You can preserve the existing Natural Language Search landing view by leaving the setting at its default value of false.
