Use Candidate Sourcing Workspace to Create Candidate Pipelines Before a Requisition Opens
Candidate Sourcing Workspace helps recruiters build and maintain candidate pipelines before a requisition opens. It uses hiring history and anticipated hiring needs to create sourcing pools, identify candidate matches, surface pool health, and recommend actions that keep qualified talent ready for future roles.
Use this feature to:
- Create always-on sourcing pools from recent hiring history and keep them refreshed as candidate information changes.
- Create hiring needs from early business signals, expand role information, and identify matching candidates from available sourcing pools.
- Review top matches with AI-generated candidate summaries, including overall fit and areas that may not align with the pool description.
- Track candidate responses and receive recommended actions such as follow-up, shortlisting, profile-refresh campaigns, employee-referral campaigns, and event promotion.
- Share shortlisted candidates or add them as prospects when an associated requisition becomes available.
