Use Enhanced Candidate Search Filters
Recruiters can refine candidate searches with clearer Candidate Type information, expanded natural language search filters, improved Major field handling, and additional search-archiving support. These enhancements make it easier to locate and reuse relevant candidate results.
Recruiters can use these enhancements to:
- View aggregation counts in the Candidate Type filter and focus on candidate types with matching results.
- Use natural language search prompts for interaction type and date, latest activity status, and suspicious-candidate criteria.
- Search candidates by Major filter values by name instead of the previously displayed code. You can do this using either a list of values (LOV) or free-text entry.
- Archive searches that include the Show suspicious candidate only filter.
Business benefit: Enhances candidate search accuracy and usability by making it easier for recruiters to refine, understand, and reuse search results, helping them identify relevant talent faster, reduce search effort, and improve recruiting efficiency.
