Process Future-Dated Offers After Work Relationship Termination
Recruiting users can process a future-dated offer for a worker moving to a different legal employer even when the worker’s existing work relationship is terminated before the proposed start date. The Add Employee Work Relationship action remains available on Manage Job Offers and opens the Create Work Relationship flow, avoiding the need to recreate the offer or manually create the work relationship.
This enhancement enables organizations to:
- Retain the Add Employee Work Relationship action after the prior work relationship is terminated.
- Open the Create Work Relationship flow from Manage Job Offers to process the future-dated offer.
- Add the work relationship using the offer’s proposed future start date.
- Support moves between legal employers with either a same-day transition or a gap in employment.
Business benefit: Streamline processing of future-dated offers when workers move between legal employers, even if their existing work relationship ends before the new start date.
