Transition From Digital Assistant on Recruiting Sites

AI agent

Beginning in November 2026, Oracle Digital Assistant Fusion Apps templates will no longer be supported. Digital Assistant for Recruiting remains temporarily available only on career sites where the Digital Assistant Site Editor setting was already enabled. For new sites, and for existing sites where the feature wasn’t previously enabled, the Digital Assistant is no longer available.

This gives your organization time to transition away from Oracle Digital Assistant Fusion Apps templates for Recruiting while preserving temporary continuity for sites that already use the feature.

Career Coach AI agent is the recommended feature going forward.

With this update:

  • Sites that already use the Digital Assistant Site Editor setting keep their existing configuration.
  • Sites that haven’t opted in no longer have the Digital Assistant Site Editor setting available.
  • New career sites don’t have the Digital Assistant Site Editor setting available.
  • If a site that currently uses the feature later turns it off, the Digital Assistant Site Editor setting is removed for that site and can’t be re-enabled through the setting.

Business benefit: This change helps organizations prepare for the deprecation of Digital Assistant for Recruiting while preserving existing site behavior for customers who already use the feature. It also guides customers toward Career Coach, the AI agent for career sites, as the go-forward candidate assistance experience.
