Let Candidates Manage Their Applications and Preferences with Career Coach
Career Coach includes Candidate Self-Service Agent capabilities that help signed-in candidates get recruiting assistance. Candidates can ask about their applications, pending actions, interviews, and talent community preferences, and can withdraw applications through the agent when eligible.
Use this feature to:
- Answer candidate questions about active, draft, withdrawn, and ended applications.
- Show application status, application details, and the candidate's full application list.
- List pending actions beyond interview scheduling and upcoming interviews.
- Help candidates withdraw applications directly through Career Coach.
- Retrieve and update talent community preferences.
- Continue supporting previously delivered Career Coach capabilities, including job recommendations, job fit, recruiting questions and answers, job details, interview coaching, and interview scheduling.
Business benefit: This enhancement improves candidate engagement by enabling self-service access to application status, details, and preference management through an automated agent.
