Create Anytime Performance Documents Using Data Loader

HR specialists can create anytime performance documents in bulk using HCM Data Loader or HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader. In the Performance Document business object, include the anytime document description using the AnytimeDocumentDescription attribute. The load uses the same validation as creating an anytime performance document in the application.

Reduce the administrative effort of creating multiple anytime performance documents for workers in the same period. Support consistent bulk document creation when organizations need more than one anytime document.

Steps to enable and configure

1. Go to My Client Groups > Data Exchange > View Business Objects.
2. Under the Talent Management product area, search for and select the Performance Document business object.
3. Create an HCM Data Loader or HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader file that includes the anytime performance document details.
4. Include AnytimeDocumentDescription when a description is needed.
5. Load the file.
6. Review and resolve any validation errors.
