AI Agentic App: Team Talent Calibration and Review Workspace Enhancements For Additional Rating Actions, Data Sources, and Talent Snapshot
In the Team Talent Team Talent Calibration and Review Workspace, review every employee you rated and see whether the AI recommends an overall performance rating adjustment or no change.
Use the adjustment flow to update the overall performance rating and its comment. The Priority Actions widget highlights recommendations with Critical priority so you can focus on the most urgent adjustments first.
Recommendations now incorporate additional data, including participant feedback, interim feedback, non-text questionnaire responses, goal details, and check-in information relevant to the selected performance document.
Generate and download a Talent Summary presentation with one slide for each active direct report. Each slide includes the direct report's name, job title, current Performance, Risk of Loss, and Potential ratings, plus AI-derived strengths and areas for improvement.
Rating adjustments, priority actions, and team talent presentation
Helps managers focus calibration discussions on the highest-priority rating adjustments with broader talent context and a concise presentation to support their case in calibration meetings.
Steps to enable and configure

Tips and considerations
- An adjustment is recommended only while the manager evaluation task is in progress and the performance document has not been submitted for Talent Review calibration, or when the Compensation calibration status is not In Review or Complete.
- Priority Actions shows only recommendations with Critical priority.
