Managers preparing for a Talent Review and administrators conducting a review can open an employee's Talent Profile in a drawer. The profile information remains available while the current Talent Review page stays in context.
Use View Talent Profile in a Talent Review drawer to:
- Review employee talent information without leaving the current Talent Review page.
- Work with the Talent Profile in editable or read-only mode based on existing profile security.
- Retain Talent Review context while reviewing employee information.
