Enhanced Visibility into OBBB Funding Data
This feature provides direct access to a comprehensive set of newly introduced funding fields in support of One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB). Institutions can now leverage detailed data points such as annual and aggregate loan limits, enrollment intensity, loan limit exceptions, institutional limits, workforce Pell eligibility, and lifetime borrowing caps, among others. By making these fields available both in packaging and in reporting views, financial aid administrators gain unprecedented visibility and control over aid packaging, compliance, and reconciliation workflows.

Steps to enable and configure
Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

- If you have custom reports that you would like to add these fields to, you can use the updated views.

- Reporting View Availability: Reporting for new fields will be enabled in a follow-up reporting deployment. Until then, the reporting views listed below will not include these enhancements, though other views will remain current.

Access requirements
- User with "Fund Eligibility Viewer" can view new fields within the Packaging UI
- User with "Package Fund Edit" can edit new fields within the Packaging UI
- User with "Configuration Administration" Permission can make updates to FAS_FUND_CONFIG.cvs (within Awarding_Override_Criteria or OB3_Criteria) to set these values as needed existing configuration.
