Visibility to Certificates of Origin Generated from Item Qualification

This feature enables you to clearly identify the certificates of origin generated from item qualification. A new grid called 'Certificates of Origin Issued' is added to the item qualification. When you run the existing Generate Certificate of Origin action, GTM populates this grid with the details of the certificate of origin generated including:

Document ID
Customer
Date Issued
Issued By user

You can manage the certificate of origin including running actions or viewing the certificate of origin document using the icons on the left.

Business Benefit

This enhancement provides better visibility into issued certificates of origin for the user allowing them to easily identify the documents they are working with requiring less of their time and effort when performing key tasks.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
