Reference Numbers Added to Order Base Release Instruction Finder Results

This feature provides the option for you to configure your Order Base Release Instructions Finder Results to include column(s) for grid flattened Reference Number Qualifiers.

In the example below, the Reference Number Qualifier  - BUYER_NUMBER has been configured to appear as a grid flattened column on the Order Base Release Instructions Finder Results.

Business Benefit

Extends standard Reference Number Qualifier grid flattening functionality to the Order Base Release Instructions screen set Finder Results.

Steps to Enable

As with any configuration changes related to Public Screen Sets or Managers - the first step is to copy the Public Screen Set or Manager.

In your copied Screen Set for the Order Base Release Instructions add the RefNum Value (P) column - and provide a label and width etc.

Once you select and configure the RefNum (P) column you will need to select the Grid Flattened Reference Number Qualifier.  In the example below, BUY_NUMBER was used.

Once configured, the screen set provides info about the Reference Number Qualifier used to configure the screen.

Once the screen set is configured you only need to add the configured screen set to your menu.

Step 1 - Create a Link in the Menu Manager
