Do Not Update Spot Bid Tender Response Time

The Optional Feature - Do Not Update Spot Bid Tender Response Time, when enabled, will only update your bid Response Times for spot bid entry, spot bid update or spot bid decline, the bid Response Time will not be updated with the time of the award or withdraw. When this feature is disabled, the Response Time will be updated for spot bid entry, spot bid updates and spot bid decline as well as award and withdraw.

In the example below, the Optional Feature - Do Not Update Spot Bid Tender Response Time, is Opted Out/not enabled, (the current behavior). When this feature is disabled, the Response Time will be updated for spot bid entry, spot bid updates, spot bid decline as well as for the awarding and withdrawing of the Spot Bid Tender.  In the Spot Bid Tender UI below, note the three different Response Times representing the different Response Times that each service provider provided their spot bid entry.

Continuing with the example above, the Award Bid To Service  Provider action is done for the Lowest Bid Service Provider, Carrier03.

Note that once the Award Bid To Service Provider has been completed, the Response Times for all of the Spot Bids provided have now been updated to the time when Award Bid To Service Provider occurred - in this case, 09:38 America/New_York.

In the example below, the Optional Feature Do Not Update Spot Bid Tender Response Time is enabled, in this setup, the Spot Bid Response Times will not be updated with the Award Bid or Withdraw times.

Again, the lowest bid Service Provider is selected to award the bid to.

When the Award Bid To Service Provider action is complete, with the Optional Feature Do Not Update Spot Bid Tender Response Time enabled, the Response Times for the Spot Bid Entry are retained.  The Response Time will - with the Optional Feature Do Not Update Spot Bid Tender Response Time enabled, only be updated for Spot Bid Entry, Spot Bid Update or Spot Bid Decline changes.
