Open Tender Sort by Last Bid Amount Ascending

This feature changes the display sorting so that the submissions are now sorted by the Last Bid amount in ascending order. For your Open Tenders that involve many service providers, this change allows you to easily work through the list of responses starting with the lowest bid first.

In the Online Booking/Tendering screen, below, the lowest Last Bid is shown first. 

New Sort Based on Last Bid Amount Ascending

In addition to displaying the Bids in the Last Bid ascending sort order, the Select Service Provider drop down sort has been changed to reflect the sort of the Bids.  In the screen below, with the Select Service Provider drop down expanded, note that the sort order for the Service Providers matches the sort order of the bids.

Previously, the sort was done based on the Service Providers Name, as shown below.

Tips And Considerations

Note that the new improved sort based on Last Bid amount is now the standard/default behavior - the old alphabetic sort based on Service Provider Name is no longer supported.
