Ability to Undo Cartonize from Inbound Shipment View

There are instances where customers may want to undo an action after performing cartonization (for example, to make adjustments for quantity or number of LPNs.)

In the Inbound Shipment Detail UI, you can now use the new action button Undo Cartonize to undo cartonization done for one or more selected shipment line details, thereby giving you flexibility in your inbound operations.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

The Undo Cartonize button will be enabled if the underlying shipment is in In-Transit or Receiving Started status.

If the selected shipment details have received quantity or pre-received quantity recorded, the Undo Cartonize button will not be enabled.  An error message will display "cannot undo the cartonize, quantity received against shipment detail".

Upon the successful undo of Cartonization, shipment detail consolidation happens based on Sku/Inventory Attributes/Batch Number/PO detail Id and any other field used to determine the uniqueness of the shipment detail.

Steps to Enable

Enable the Group Permission IB Shipments / Can Undo Cartonize. Users with Admin Privileges will be able to access the action button without the relevant group permission.
